GEL nails:
Artificial gel nails, can be used to give your natural nails an extra layer or used as a nail extension. Gel nails are much healthier for you natural nails. They let your nails breath like they should and they are flexible like your natural nails are. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks depending on how fast your natural nails grow.
Gel polish, is different than artificial gel nails, confusing, I know. Gel polish is nail polish the has gel in it, that is how it gets it longer lasting wear.
